2 lbs. chicken
3 Tb sp. soft margarine
2 Tb sp. Vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion
2 stalks scallion
1 Sweet pepper
Method
Joint and dry chicken pieces, then remove the skin.
In a heavy pot with cover, heat oil and brown chicken pieces until brown on all sides.
Return all chicken pieces to pot add seasoning, pour water over the chicken.
Cover pot and simmer until chicken is tender
