bunch callaloo fresh, chopped
3 cups water
1/4 to 1/2 Lb salt fish
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 scotch bonnet to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a heavy pot with lid, heat oil and add callaloo
and season and water.
Simmer until tender.
Add flaked Salt fish
Cook for further 7 -8 minutes
