1 lb fish or fish head
2 qt. water
1 green Scotch bonnet pepper
2 sprig of thyme
1 medium cho-cho
1 package fish soup mix (optional)
1 clove garlic
1 lb potatoes, cubed
Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
Add seasoning, seasoning mix.
Cover pot and let cook for 25 minutes.
Remove as much of the fish from broth as possible
Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 15 more minutes
Return flesh to broth, cool and enjoy.
