3 ozs firm margarine
1 teasp seasoning salt
1 teasp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
2-3 scotch bonnet peppers, very finely chopped
6 crushed pimento leaves
11/2 lb shrimps
In a frying pan melt the margarine.
Stir fry the seasonings for a few minutes, then add the shrimps.
Lightly toss the shrimps until they are cooked
