1 cup Oats
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon or cinnamon stick
1/2 can condensed milk
In a pan bring to boil 1/2 cup of water. Add salt.
Slowly add oats to boiling water.
Stir oats in boiling water
Bring oats and water to a boil.
Add milk and bring back to a boil.
Then add condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and sugar, stirring continuously.
Makes 2 steaming bowls of porridge.
